Many people are now fully vaccinated, and the city has begun to open up. Don’t get me wrong — I’m so happy and grateful. But offering facial services requires being very close to another person’s face. And that raises the question: are you emotionally ready to have a facial?

If you’re not ready yet (just like me), you may be wondering how best to care for your skin at home. Are you struggling, or are you doing okay?

Lessons I’ve Learned

Before I attended esthetic school, I didn’t know how much my skin condition changed month to month, season to season, and year to year.

I didn’t realize that choosing the wrong product — or even using the right product in the wrong way — could dramatically affect my skin.

Since becoming an esthetician, I’ve offered over 8,000 facials. And in that time, I’ve witnessed something important:

  • Your emotional state affects your skin condition.

  • Your skin condition affects your emotional state.

This cycle is powerful. Skincare is more than vanity — it’s truly the ultimate in self-care.

Virtual Skincare Coaching

That’s why I’m offering virtual skincare coaching. My goal is to help you use your skincare products practically and mindfully so you:

  • Feel confident in your daily routine

  • Love what you see in the mirror

  • And feel amazing in your own skin 🌿

Even if you’re not ready for in-person facials, you can still nurture your skin and soul from the comfort of your own home with the proper guidance.

Stay healthy, safe, and kind to yourself. ✨

Nurture Your Skin, and Nurture Your Soul
