What carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate of $5.99 within the U.S. Orders over $79 ship free. (Rates are subject to change.)

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days via USPS, depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange my products?

Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our skincare, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This ensures the freshness and safety of every product.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@aromaticrituals.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your case and provide either a replacement or store credit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and Venmo.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact info@aromaticrituals.com immediately. We’ll do our best to correct the issue before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible.

Who is responsible for delivery delays?

Aromatic Rituals is not responsible for delays caused by USPS once your package has been shipped.
