What carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate of $5.99 within the U.S. Orders over $79 ship free. (Rates are subject to change.)

How long will it take to receive my order?

All products are freshly made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for preparation before USPS shipping. ESSENCE may require up to 72 hours to fully settle before shipment. Delivery time varies depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange my products?

Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our skincare, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This ensures the freshness and safety of every product.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@aromaticrituals.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and Venmo.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact info@aromaticrituals.com immediately. We’ll do our best to correct the issue before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible.

Who is responsible for delivery delays?

Once your order has been shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact USPS directly using your tracking information. We’re happy to provide tracking details or other available shipping information to assist you.

Prefer to pay with Venmo?

Venmo payment is available by request, including for special orders. Please contact us before placing your order, and I’ll be happy to assist you.
