Shipping Policy

$5.99 flat rate shipping on orders under $79
Complimentary shipping on orders $79+
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (ESSENCE may require up to 72 hours to prepare) before shipping via USPS
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier (USPS).
If you experience an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us directly at info@aromaticrituals.com so we can assist you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, USPS is responsible for delivery.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS directly for resolution.
We are happy to assist by providing shipment details, but we cannot be held liable for carrier errors.
