It’s hard to fully enjoy summer these days while staying home and wearing a face mask whenever we go out. But for me, it’s been the opposite. While masks can sometimes cause little pimples, unlike medical workers (thank you for your dedication and support! 🙏), I don’t wear them for long hours. And in fact, they’ve even helped protect my skin from harmful UV rays.

It made me wonder—are we really sure about everything we think we know when it comes to sun protection?
I came across a fascinating article that, although written a while ago, still shares very common myths about sun safety that remain relevant today. I’ve been sharing these truths with my clients for years, and I hope you’ve already heard them too—but just in case, it’s worth the reminder.
